The Trades Institute offers simple, honest pricing, with no hidden fees. The best value: a one-year subscription for $39. This gets you unlimited access to our entire course library. Complete as many or as few courses as you want. If you have completed your continuing education requirement but want to access more content, just log in and access it, no questions asked.
If you don’t want to subscribe, you can purchase courses one-by-one. Course prices vary but are generally $15-25 per course hour. Upgrade to an all-access subscription at any time and we’ll apply your course fees to your subscription.

What happens after I complete my courses?
Once you complete a course, The Trades Institute will electronically notify the state agency responsible for your license. You don’t need to print any certificate, you don’t need to file anything with the state — we’ll handle that for you, so you can focus on your business.
What do you mean by "growing course library?"
Everyone has to adapt to serve their customers, and The Trades Institute is no exception. At any given time, we have new courses in various stages of production: concept, writing, filming, editing, state approval, etc. Our goal is to have the biggest and best library of continuing education content for the skilled trades, and we won’t rest until we’re there.

Are your courses state approved?
Yes! Every course we offer is approved by the applicable state agency and is suitable for meeting your continuing education requirements.
What about in-person classes?
In most states, licensees in the skilled trades must complete a portion of their annual training either in person or in live, scheduled webinars. At this time, The Trades Institute offers only asynchronous (i.e. pre-recorded) online courses that you can do on your own schedule.
The Trades Institute is currently exploring adding scheduled webinars to our course offerings. If we do this, it will be included in our all-access subscription. Subscribing now will lock in your current pricing for the first year, and you won’t have to pay anything extra when we roll out our scheduled webinar program.
